Imã Digital offers a money-back guarantee for cases where a purchase is made and the customer changes their mind within 30 minutes of completing the purchase. In this case, we will do everything possible to guarantee a full refund of the amount paid. However, it is important to note that it is not possible to offer a refund after this period, as we will have already incurred expenses in developing your store and it would not be possible to recover them.

Yes, the number of products available varies according to the plan contracted and includes images and descriptions. It is important to emphasize that we, at Imã Digital, are the only ones in the Brazilian market that handle the connection between products and suppliers, which guarantees their quality and reliability.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to the artwork after the work is finalized. If you wish to make changes, you must do so within the period established by the Change Terms, which are previously agreed upon by both parties. It is important to note that the artwork will only be delivered after final approval and confirmation from the client, with no possibility of further changes.

Regarding the programming and internal code of the theme we've chosen, it's important to highlight that the store you'll receive has been rigorously tested to significantly increase your conversion rate. Therefore, we recommend that you do not make any modifications to the template and/or code, except in specific cases.
